How it works

For the best quality signal without interference, you must direct line-of-sight with the antenna on the emitting tower.

For example, if our tower is located 3 kilometres away from your house, you should be able see the tower with a pair of binoculars.

Line-of-sight (LOS)

If trees, buildings, hills or any other obstacles obstruct the line-of-sight between you and the tower, it is possible that a high speed internet connection with Picanoc will not be possible.

No line-of-sight (NLOS)

The interactive map of our coverage area will allow you to validate whether or not you are in the area covered by one of our emitting towers.
